There is no charge for our services where the chore can be done on the telephone, i.e. making reservations and planning trips or activities.
If we purchase items in your behalf, we charge the cost plus 20%.
Any time spent out of the office doing activities in your behalf will be billed at $55.00 per hour, with no minimums.
